Company Enrollment
Companies enroll with FCS for an annual fee based on company size. Each enrollment period is 12 months long, and ensures FCS availability for employees on leave and those transitioning back to work.

While our services cost just a fraction of the expense of replacing a valued employee, we understand that some organizations want to offer different levels of support for their employees. We’ll work with you to create the perfect plan for your corporate needs and budget.

Employee Enrollment
Employees of companies enrolled in FCS are offered our exclusive suite of services for a period of 4 – 12 weeks. The service period always covers the critical time surrounding the employee's return to work after taking leave.
Our in-home solutions are designed to ease the return-to-work transition for employees ending leave. Each employee can choose from our menu
of support services, including housekeeping, appointment-setting and post-partum care, to customize the package that feels most supportive and useful during critical times.
How It Works

01. Enroll
Enrolling in FCS is a relatively simple process that involves far fewer steps than most wellness benefit enrollment packages. We'll come meet you on-site, hear about any specific needs or requirements, and then craft your company's customized package and contract terms.
02. Onboard
Once your company is enrolled, we will onboard employees at the HR department's direction. Typically, maternity and paternity onboarding can happen prior to leave, but other, more sudden leaves may require different timing. Onboarding is always one-on-one, and always fully managed by FCS.
03. Utilize
During the employee's FCS program, we will provide services as determined by the employee to be the most beneficial. Our support will give your employees the assistance needed to return to work refreshed and ready to go.
04. Support
Throughout the program and beyond, FCS will be there every step of the way to coordinate all employee services, detail any necessary data to the employer to track ROI, and provide flexible support whenever and wherever needed.
05. Retain
Improve loyalty, lessen recruitment costs, improve employee satisfaction, and make sure your employees are given the support they need to successfully return to work by offering FCS services during some of the most vulnerable times of their lives.
